My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were wonderfully comfortable and all had a view of the sea, making them feel luxurious and spacious. The service was very kind and helpful, although there were some delays during check-in and check-out. The location couldn't have been better, right in front of the beautiful coast of Viña Del Mar and central for easy access to everything. The dining experience was exceptional with a wide variety of delicious dishes. Overall, a great value for the money with a few minor areas to improve.

The rooms were wonderful, very good quality building overlooking the water. They were clean but needed to be checked by the housekeeper.

The location was surely the best in town, offering breathtaking ocean views and easy access to everything. The concierge, Marcello, was outstanding and made the stay special.
